Q. Are my payments
secure?
A. We are well aware that security is of the utmost importance for our customers. We currently only accept payments through PayPal's secure web payment, a fast, safe, and easy way to send money without worrying about the safety of your information.
Q. How do I make a payment?
A. Once you have finished confirming the checkout from your shopping cart, you will automatically be directed to Paypal's secure payment portal. Please note that you do not require a paypal account to make payments with your credit card, but you may log into your PayPal account if you have one or create one if you are a new customer. Otherwise to bypass the login or acccount creating you may simply click on "Continue" please see image below for details.

Q. What payment
methods are accepted?
A. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and payments can be made through major credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, Amex) accepted by PayPal.
Q. What store name
will appear on my credit card statement?
A. Since we use Paypal as our official SECURE payment method you should see PAYPAL*BEAUTIK or PAYPAL*CWDISTRIBUTEUR on
your credit card statement.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. All our orders are shipped via Canada Post. Our flat shipping rates vary
depending on the method you choose. Please see the chart below for details.

Q. Do you ship outside
Canada?
A. At the present time we only ship within Canada and to the USA. For US Orders: Expedited Parcels may take an estimated 6-12 business days at a cost of $15 per shipment. The Xpresspost USA for $25 has a delivery estimation of 3-5 business days. For overnight deliveries please contact us at sales@beautik.com
Q. Do you ship to
P.O. Boxes?
A. Unfortunately due to the high risk of Internet fraud shipping to
P.O. Boxes, such orders will be cancelled. Please supply us with a residential
address for shipping.
Q. What is the return policy? A. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns may be made for a product that is in its ORIGINAL CONDITION only, and post-marked 20 days after date of purchase. Please note that used or opened products may not be returned and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Beautik.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly advise you to e-mail us prior to making a return in order to avoid any unecessary administrative delays info@beautik.com .
